1. What We Are

เฆ†เฆ—เฆจเงเฆคเงเฆ• (RandomChat) is an anonymous, real-time chat service that connects you with random strangers. We do not require accounts, emails, or passwords.

2. Data We Collect

  • Age โ€” entered at session start; used only to enforce the 18+ policy. Stored in server memory and deleted the moment you disconnect.
  • IP Address โ€” used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and temporary IP-level blocks. Never stored to disk. Cleared from memory when you disconnect.
  • Chat Messages โ€” relayed in real-time to your match only. We never store, log, or read your messages. Both copies are destroyed on disconnect.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

  • Name, email, phone number, or any identity
  • Persistent user profiles or accounts
  • Chat history or message logs
  • Location beyond IP geolocation (which we do not perform)
  • Cookies for tracking or advertising
  • Browser fingerprints

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize secure, enterprise-grade infrastructure providers for hosting, DNS, and DDoS protection. These providers may collect standard network-level traffic logs (such as IP addresses and request timestamps) purely for security and operational monitoring.

We do not use advertising networks, analytics platforms, or social tracking scripts.

5. Cookies

We do not set any tracking or persistent cookies. The only browser storage used is a theme preference (dark/light mode), stored locally in your browser and readable only by you.

6. Data Retention

All session data (age, IP window, chat state) lives only in server RAMand is purged within 15 minutes of inactivity or immediately on disconnect. There is no database. There is nothing to delete.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / Privacy)

Because we store no personally identifiable data beyond your current session, traditional GDPR rights (access, deletion, portability) are inherently satisfied โ€” your data does not persist after you leave. If you have concerns, contact us at the address below.

8. Age Policy (COPPA)

This service is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We enforce this at session start. If we discover a user under 18, we terminate their session immediately. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS (HTTPS/WSS). We implement rate limiting, IP blocking, input sanitization, and Content Security Policy headers to protect users. Chat messages are never readable by our servers after they are relayed to the recipient.
